Spark Transform: How We Got Here

The long-awaited next book in my Central Galactic Concordance (CGC) series is Spark Transform. Since it’s been a hot minute or two since the earlier books came out, here’s a brief recap of the series so far. In short, Spark Transform — how we got here.
The Central Galactic Concordance Series Starts Here
If you’re new to the Central Galactic Concordance (CGC) series, you might be wondering how it all started.
While every book features a new couple and a standalone romance, they all contribute to the big damn story arc of a far-future human galactic civilization struggling with evolutionary change and weighed down by tightly held traditions and governmental hubris.

Last Ship Off Polaris-G (Book 1)
Where it all begins with intrigue, a planetary blockade, and a second-chance romance. To escape a dying planet, undercover supply manager Anitra Helden must rebuild a derelict starship with the help of Gavril Danilovich — a cynical trader and her former flame. With riots raging and a military blockade closing in, they must put aside their broken hearts to fix the rusted freighter and lead thousands of refugees to safety.

Overload Flux (Book 2)
A space opera mystery involving a stolen cure and two misfits standing against intergalactic tragedy. Thrust into a massive pharmaceutical conspiracy, damaged forensic genius Luka Foxe and Mairwen Morganthur, a bodyguard with secrets, must join forces. As ruthless mercenaries hunt them across the stars, their survival depends on uncovering the truth — and resisting their undeniable, dangerous attraction.
Minder Rising (Book 3)
Spies, a telepathic prodigy, and a slow-burn romance in a gleaming, dangerous city. Recovering covert agent Lieren Song finds unexpected attraction to Imara Sesay, a resourceful bartender. But to protect her talented son from his own ruthless agency, he must risk his career and his life to save them. And she’ll have to trust him with her son… and her heart.
Zero Flux (Book 3.5)
The heroes of Overload Flux solve a very cold murder case. Lured to a freezing, treacherous ice cave to solve a decades-old murder, Luka and Mairwen stumble into a heavily armed trap. Facing lethal collapsing icicles and a hunter desperate to protect a buried secret, Luka’s talents and Mairwen’s skills are their only chance to make it off the ice planet alive. NOTE: I wrote this novelette because some readers (including me) weren’t ready to leave Mairwen and Luka just yet.
Where We Are Now
This is where things in the CGC universe start to heat up. As with all the novels, each features a new couple and a standalone romance, but the action continues the big damn story arc.

Pico’s Crush (Book 4)
Chance reunions, academic skullduggery, and a friends-to-lovers romance set on a paradise planet that turns deadly. When a quiet visit to his daughter’s university erupts in suspicious accidents and mercenary crossfire, ex-sniper Jerzi Adams teams up with his former squadmate—and current professor—Andra De Luna. To save the campus, “Commander Crush” and “Subcaptain Lightning” must reignite their lethal military teamwork and the undeniable attraction between them.
Jumper’s Hope (Book 5)
Two broken people must outwit a ruthless agent who wants them dead (for real this time). Adventure, conspiracy, and second-chance romance. Four years ago, a ruthless galactic government made an elite space marine and a covert spy believe they had watched each other violently die. Now miraculously reunited on a backwater farming planet, the dying Kerzanna and the dangerously fractured Jess must learn to trust each other again to outrun their past and expose a deadly conspiracy.
Spark Transform (Book 6)
A journalist and her bodyguard fight to uncover dark truths that could set the galaxy on fire. Intrigue, adventure, and enemies-to-lovers romance. Exposing a corrupt galactic agency just put a target on journalist Arco Charrascos’s back. When her security team is assassinated, her only hope for survival is Faraday Brenner—the lethal ex-enforcer she recently pulled from the rubble where his psycho former boss left him. Outgunned and on the run, they must rely on each other to face down elite kill squads and rogue military mechs to stay alive.
Easter Eggs in the CGC Series
I absolutely cannot resist adding Easter eggs to my series. Some I’m not admitting to because I don’t want to give away upcoming secrets. Here are a few that are out in the open:
🎁 Oh, and that scene I mentioned that started this whole series? You’ll find it in Jumper’s Hope, right after Kerzanna wakes up.
