Overload Flux: Award Finalist Again

Overload Flux is an Award Finalist (Again)

Overload Flux award finalist
So, this book I wrote, Overload Flux, is a finalist for an award. Another one. Back in May, I may have mentioned (or perhaps tastefully broadcast far and wide) that it was nominated for a Readers' Crown award. I didn't win that one, but…

Overload Flux is a 2015 NERFA FinalistThe excellent folks at the First Coast Romance Writers were kind enough to make Overload Flux a finalist for a 2015 National Excellence in Romance Fiction Award (NERFA)  in the Paranormal/Futuristic category.  The winners will be announced on 20 July.

Congratulations to the other two finalists, Kay Corcino for Spark Rising (science fiction romance!), and to Sharon Kay for Wicked Flames. Even if I don't win, I'm in some pretty good company.

I like awards, because they're a bit of validation for the work that goes into writing. Of course, I like hearing from readers, too, so while awards are nice, I'd like to hear what readers have to say, whether it's in an email, a comment, a Facebook post, or in a review posted to Amazon or Goodreads. Ultimately, I write to tell stories, so I hope you're enjoying the ride as much as I am.
